These SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of text message
communications provided by United Flight. By opting in to receive text messages from United Flight, you
agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
United Flight operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding their reservations, cancellations, flight status updates, booking confirmations, and other account-related notifications. Messages are sent to customers who have provided express written consent to receive such
communications.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from United Flight through the following methods:

Providing your mobile number to a United Flight representative and agreeing to receive texts

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

"Welcome to United Flight Notifications! You are now enrolled to receive reservation updates, cancellation alerts, flight status notifications, and booking confirmations from United Flight. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your reservations and account activity. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. 5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your reservation activity and account interactions. You may receive
messages related to booking confirmations, itinerary changes, cancellations, reminders, and customer
service follow-ups.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data usage may be charged by your mobile carrier. United Flight is not responsible for carrier fees.
7. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Re-enroll any time by replying START or opting in again on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which United Flight is incorporated.
